I am not going to tell here about "pullback", it does not exist, there are just fellings, impressions, fantasy, but the truth is hormones and biological issues... determined our reflection and reaction after the first sex with a new guy...

Nobody does not you pull back, forget it... he/she is just "passing train"... Your real man never behaves in the way of keeping distance or silence for few days...after first sex you've got...
